BHTA Limited (Brighton & Hove Training Association) has been providing training, development and assessment services to companies and individuals across Sussex for some 23 years. 

Our services include NVQ, Apprenticeship and customised training delivery.

National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs)

We are recognised by awarding bodies eg OCR, City and Guilds, for our quality delivery across a variety of vocational areas.  These programmes are delivered in the workplace and are designed to accredit individuals with their practical skills demonstrated on the job.  NVQs are offered from Level 1 (basic) to Level 5 (Masters).

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeship programmes are supported by Government funding for under 25 year olds.  The Apprenticeship framework consists of:

• An NVQ
• Technical Certificate (underpinning knowledge for NVQ)
• Key Skills - Application of Number and Communication

Customised Programmes

• We offer a range of programmes designed specifically for individual organisations.
• We can train and develop your supervisors and managers
• We can provide assessor training and qualifications for your staff

All customised programmes are developed in tandem with the organisation - you tell us what you need - we will match your requirements.  We also have up to date information on funding available.
