In order to achieve your Apprenticeship:- BHTA can help you find a workplace (you can also work towards your Apprenticeship if you already have a job)
- You will receive a training wage
- A coach/assessor will visit you at work regularly (eg once every 2 or 4 weeks)
There are 2 different levels of Apprenticeship, which depend on the level of your job: | | Apprenticeship | Advanced Apprenticeship | Type of job role | You can be new to the job to complete an Apprenticeship, with a varierty of tasks to complete in your role | You need to have been in the job for a while to have areas of responsibility (eg supervising projects, staff) | Vocational Qualification Level (eg NVQ)
